Many people ask this question, and the answer is that we really WANT to talk with you to make sure you are getting the right product to meet your needs. We are not an etailer, and we are not basing our success on simply pushing product through the door. We specialize in commercial-grade recreation products designed to handle the demands of a commercial setting. Sharing a few details about how and where the product will be used will help us help you get the most for your money, and help make both of us more successful in the long run.

If you think you've found a better deal, chances are it is either refurbished, not a commercial-grade product, or the order does not include everything you will need to properly use the product.
If you buy an inflatable for your waterfront or pool from an internet site, will they be there to help you after you click the “Buy Now” button? Will they be able to answer your questions about:
- How to safely anchor the product?
- How to use the product to drive attendance or revenue?
- How to maintain, clean & store the product so that your investment lasts longer?

Commercial-grade products are generally designed for commercial environments such as public parks, camps, campground or RV parks, resorts, rental concessions, schools, or other settings that expose products to heavy use. Commercial-grade products are typically built with stronger, more durable materials and are consequently more expensive than their consumer-grade counterparts.
Commercial customers can certainly purchase consumer-grade products if their budget requires it (and consumers can purchase commercial-grade products if they choose to do so). However, consumer-grade products are intended for more leisurely use, so are not as durable and are likely to require more frequent repair or replacement, which may not save money in the long run. What’s the cost of lost business or guest complaints if the recreational activities you promoted are not available?

Both Bouncers and Trampolines make good starting points -- or additions to -- an Aqua Park, but there are some major differences to be aware of.
Water trampolines have a jump surface that is supported by a metal frame and attached with springs, so they are generally larger and heavier. For this reason they can support heavier loads (as in larger or more jumpers) and provide a significantly higher jump than bouncers. Because of the frame and springs, water trampolines also require more time for set-up and tear-down, as well as regular inspection and maintenance of the frame and springs to ensure safe operation.
Water bouncers (sometimes called "springless trampolines") have a jump surface attached directly to the floatation tube. Water bouncers are typically smaller, lighter weight, and easier to set up and take down than water trampolines. While the jump performance is not as exciting as a water trampoline, bouncers are great for smaller children or as a lounge for relaxing.
How long any recreational product lasts typically depends on whether or not it is used in a supervised setting and how well it is maintained, so the answer is “It depends.”
All warranties are through the product manufacturer. As a distributor of commercial-grade products, we select those that we believe will stand up best to the rigorous demands of the commercial recreation environment. The warranties that come with consumer-grade products are often void if the product is used in a commercial setting.
Be sure to review the warranty information for any product you are considering purchasing. While each warranty will be specific to the product, many warranties typically contain exclusions such as:
- Failure to follow the manufacturer’s operating, maintenance or storage instructions
- Damage due to abuse, mishandling or alteration of the product, including service or repair by unauthorized personnel
- Acts of God including lightning, storms, high wind, wave action or animal damage
- Removal of any serial number(s) or other identifying information
- Normal “wear and tear” such as scuff marks, abrasions, color fade, sun damage and other product weathering
If you experience a problem with a product we have sold you, we will work with you to find out if it is still under warranty. If it is, we will help you file a claim; if it is not under warranty, we will help you find an authorized repair service or walk you through minor repairs you can do yourself.
Orders

We are legally required to collect sales tax on orders shipping to states in which we have a business presence*. Therefore, we must charge sales tax on orders shipping to Wisconsin and New Jersey (and New York because it has nexus with NJ).
Sales tax will be computed on all quotes and orders. If you are tax exempt or a reseller, we will remove the tax upon receipt of the appropriate tax exemption or reseller's certificate.
* Etailers who do not charge sales tax have no "brick and mortar" business presence -- they exist online only (or they are operating illegally). Think about that before you make your purchase. Will someone be there to answer your questions or help you if you have a problem?
You may change or cancel most orders prior to shipping without penalty. Some custom orders may incur a change or cancellation fee. CRS reserves the right to deduct any out-of-pocket charges from your refund.
Please notify us immediately if you must cancel your order, and we will do our best to work with you to avoid cancellation fees.
Your satisfaction is our top priority. However, we cannot control what happens once a product leaves the warehouse, so we need your help to ensure the shipping companies do their jobs properly.
Before signing off on any delivery, it is critical to inspect all items for signs of damage. If the packaging is damaged, crushed, cut, ripped, bent or wet, note this on the Bill of Lading prior to the driver leaving. If possible, take digital photographs. Failure to note damages on the Bill of Lading will make filing a claim extremely difficult.
Notify CRS immediately upon receipt of damaged goods. Although CRS cannot be held responsible for any damage during shipment, we may be able to help you file a claim with the carrier.
You may return new, unused and undamaged items within 14 days of delivery (excluding custom orders). Products should be returned in their original packaging, if possible, and you will need to pay the return shipping. The product value will be refunded after receipt and inspection of the returned item, minus a 15% re-stocking fee. Original shipping charges will not be refunded on returned products.
We reserve the right to authorize or deny product returns beyond 14 days. If the product is returned after 14 days, credit will be issued toward future purchases only. Custom products are generally not returnable.
If the return is due to an error on our part, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery for a full refund. If it is our error, we will handle the return shipping.
Freight
Freight
We provide a freight quote for your approval prior to processing your order. We work with FedEx, UPS, and a freight broker to determine the best rate for the products being shipped on each order. We can use your account if you prefer direct billing.
If you need it in a hurry, request express delivery when placing your order. We will verify availability and provide a quote before processing your order.
Most of the "Fun with Water" products ship within 24-48 hours of receiving your order approval. If an item is backordered or unavailable, we will notify you within 48 hours to discuss your options.
If you specify a future delivery window, we will do everything possible to accommodate your request. If you need it immediately, call to verify availability and pricing; rush charges may apply.
Custom-built products such as Splashpads, Docks, Playgrounds and Shade Structures typically have a 4-6 week lead time.

We can ship internationally, and will provide a freight quote to a US port city upon request. The customer is responsible for hiring a freight forwarder to handle delivery to the final destination. The customer is also responsible for all duties, taxes, and destination charges.

For most product orders, our standard payment terms are pre-paid prior to shipping. We also accept purchase orders from government entities and established accounts.
For custom-built products such as Splashpads, Dock Systems, Playgrounds and Shade Structures, we typically require a 50% deposit prior to processing, another 25% prior to shipping, and the balance due upon receipt of the product.
For custom-built projects that include installation, we will work with you to design a payment plan that fits the product delivery and installation schedule.
We accept payment via checks, Mastercard, Visa, or wire transfer.
